our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your product delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


2 years Guarantee for Hydraulic Gas leakage problem.  If hydraulic not damaged. Guarantee period start from the date of purchase. The responsibility to send that Hydraulic to us is from customer and for that customer will have to pay delivery charges.

For other metal parts have life time Guarantee for their joints only. If any welded metal parts separate from each other than it will be replace with new parts. The responsibility to send that damaged metal parts to us is from customer and for that customer will have to pay delivery charges.

To return your product, you have to send that product by courier service to a manufacturing address that you will get from customer care. Please Pack the Product as Packed Earlier you received.

You have to share your proper reason to return your product with some images of product that you have to return. It will be whole product or else it will be some parts of all of them. Before Return a product we will check your proper reason and images. If we satisfied and able to return then it will be acceptable otherwise it not will be returnable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
